That big donation goes to the Transitional Living Center (TLC) in Burlington…
… “Wisconsinites step up all across the board on a regular basis,” said Rep. Robin Vos. “But here’s an example. Private citizens 30 years ago said we want to deal with the homeless problem. Even in a place that you might not think has an issue, it’s everywhere.”
Monday’s donation comes from WCA Services, a company run by the Wisconsin Counties Association.
