…Wisconsin Counties Association Services, Inc. presented a Racine County homeless shelter, the Traditional Living Center, with a $5,000 donation to support its work providing families with temporary shelter and services.

President Mark D. O’Connell made the donation yesterday in partnership with the Public Finance Authority to Transitional Living Center Executive Director Cristen Chaffee.
