Public Finance Authority Helps to Finance Superior Living Foundation, Inc.’s Ripple Ranch Recovery Expansion

March 9 – The Public Finance Authority is pleased to announce financing is completed for the Superior Living Foundation, Inc.’s Ripple Ranch Recovery expansion in Spring Branch, Texas. According to application material, this financing will allow Ripple Ranch Recovery to expand from a 15-bed (12 residential and three detox) addiction treatment facility to a 30-bed facility that includes 24 residential beds in two buildings and a separate six- bed detox building as well as a new therapy space, commercial kitchen, dining space, and offices. Additionally, it is anticipated that this financing allows an outpatient treatment center to open in a separate location to provide continued care for its patients after they leave residential treatment or for patients wanting to try an outpatient option first.

“We applaud PFA’s role in the Superior Living Foundation, Inc.’s Ripple Ranch Recovery expansion project because this project will provide important support for those struggling with addiction,” said Mark O’ Connell, president and CEO of Wisconsin Counties Association, a founding sponsor organization of PFA. “PFA provides financing assistance to projects such as Ripple Ranch Recovery that are making a difference in their local communities, without any risk to the taxpayer.”
